Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Employee Onboarding and Training:
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Help develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
Preferred Skills:
