Policy and Regulatory Expert – MSME (Palwal)

Location: Haryana

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification: Graduation (BE/BTech/BCom/BA/BBA/LLB or related fields)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote government support mechanisms, policies, schemes, and programs for MSMEs.
• Create awareness around regulatory compliances and processes (e.g., Udyam, NOCs).
• Promote Samadhaan portal and mechanisms for delayed payment redressal.
• Assist DMCs, RAMP SPIU, and GIFT Cell in implementing RAMP activities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in legal/regulatory advisory, compliance, or policy advocacy.
• Knowledge of social sector development initiatives.
• Familiarity with MSME-related policies and regulations.
